Where in there does it say that a stock manifold outflows a ffim?
That's the 1j manifold on a 7m. The ports do not line up and yes it will get out flowed by a 7m manifold.
Stock manifold flows plenty good. By switching to a bigger tb your not going to gain 50 hp. For all means go ahead and...
If the tb is set. Tps is good and set and dash pot is good and set it should not stall.
Can try cleaning the isc as well.
My 7m with vented bov never stalled.
Even if the tb was bigger and bolted up you would still have to port manifold or it wouldn't help much.
Doubt it's the size as usually with bigger tb the bolt pattern is different.
And being a boosted engine might not make much of a difference with the stock manifold.

There is only 2 p/n. So if your car is 8/90 or newer any newer switch will work. Whether or not the older ones will idk. I would think they would tho.
You can still get the whole new lock set. Its about 400$...
Once you get a cheap one you will think differently.
Quality ones fit perfect and flow and sound better.
eBay manifolds are just slapped together quickly.
It's like the difference between buying a 250 eBay turbo or 1k quality made turbo. Or eBay intake manifold that hits the shock tower...
What are you looking for?
Turbo kit? Cat back exhaust?
And if your not ready to buy then should have posted in the general mk3 section with questions. Moved thread. - SC
That is for a ge. Not a gte.
Second like all cheap manifolds its pretty much garuenteed to fit like shit.
Other than that they usually do ok.
Personally ill never buy a cheap manifold ever again.
