The parking light is connected (this plays DVD's - movies... but only with the parking brake on) as a safety measure. I was thinking that this was what was causing the trouble. Not quite sure how I am going to troubleshoot this short of ripping the deck out and seeing if the problem disappears.

If you wanted to see what the plug looked like, I believe the Tems plug into the shock tower is at the front of the cover in the pic I put up. Are you asking about the TEMS plug under the dash? I would assume they would have it on all (up to 92) versions, although I dont know that for a fact...
