Yes it is supposed to change after you remove it. Jump te1 and e1. Adjust the cps till it's at 10* and tighten the bolt and leave it alone.
O2 won't have an effect.
That is why you jump te1 and e1. It puts the computer in diag mode and allows fixed timing to be adjusted. Once remove the computer will control the timing.
When you say it won't turn back on do you mean crank or run?
When I first put my coils on the wheels stuck out. Went for a drive and everything settled and it was fine.
I've also ran 18/10 +20 with stretched tires and was fine.
Your suspension needs to settle tho.
I run 18/10 +25 all around. I'm slammed more than most and never even come close to hitting rim to fender. With 275 rear and to big guys in the back seat I only rubber the tire up in the fender well.
I haven't seen it do that. As it's a ground.
How did you hook the starter up. Should have 12 from battery on the post and a small connector that only gets 12v in the crank position.
It bolts to the intake manifold. Has 2 brown and 2 white wires on eyelets. Car won't run without them along with a bunch of other strange things.
They are also long enough to make there way to the starter or other places as well.
