Check The Heater Valve And Make Sure It Is Working, Maybe A Clogged Heatercore. Just Guessing Though. That Is Weird That One Degree Would Make That Much Of A Difference.

Plastic Is Not Really Welded But Maybe Sealed With A Special Glue. They Are Usually Called "Sealed Beam," But Don't Quote Me On That.

Before the modification was made. It is still recommended to upgrade to a full full oiling system.

Maybe a bent arm in the back....just a guess. Take it to a shop and have them put it on their lift and check it out. You could ask the boss and see if he would let you use the lift for a period of time for a fee.

Well, it will take a while to rust and I might change my manifold before then but how long would it wake a stainless steel manifold to rust? :-/

I will gladly share. I bought a kit from DriftMotion and I must warm you, that I had fitment problems with the manifold. The cylinder one pipe hit the top of the filter housing and I had to grind it down. I am going to upgrade to a full flow kit so a sandwhich would make all that go away...
