Check The Heater Valve And Make Sure It Is Working, Maybe A Clogged Heatercore. Just Guessing Though. That Is Weird That One Degree Would Make That Much Of A Difference.
Maybe a bent arm in the back....just a guess. Take it to a shop and have them put it on their lift and check it out. You could ask the boss and see if he would let you use the lift for a period of time for a fee.

I will gladly share. I bought a kit from DriftMotion and I must warm you, that I had fitment problems with the manifold. The cylinder one pipe hit the top of the filter housing and I had to grind it down. I am going to upgrade to a full flow kit so a sandwhich would make all that go away...
Hey man, on page sixteen, I saw that you are blocking off the EGR. Now, you do have the block off on the lower intake but you still have the back plate on. You should removed the backplate and use the block off for the hole at the back of the head.
