Couldn't you get a cylinder pressure tester and just crank the psi up? Not insanely high or anything but at the estimated cylinder pressure while under said amount of boost.
When you shift it hard, it'll cause a higher load on the engine thus producing more psi. Assuming this is the stock turbo I'd say do a boost leak test..
Are you also assuming this is fuel cut? Is the CEL flashing when it happens?
My 7m was having this problem. It turned out to be that non of the coils were cracked on the top where it was visually seen. I took the coils off the pack and the bottom of them all was cracked up horribly.
My car REFUSED to run more than 4000 unless you were barely on the gas. It would also...
He has plenty of fuel for what he has, problem is he has no means of telling the ecu he's running too much fuel.
He's running a lex afm with 550's which also makes the car run rich without a means to tune it out.
Be careful with running too rich. What most people mean by saying richer is safer is by like 11 to 11.5, not 10.0 because you risk cylinder wash and ruining your oil. I believe Habanero has gone through cylinder wash before so ask him what gas does to your oil while your engine is still running.
Don't rush to fix anything, you'll make mistakes that you wouldn't of normally done. Trying to make the drift event could of easily made this BHG fix your worst nightmare. Do it right the first time, check double check and recheck everything you thought you did properly, then when it's all said...
No, the line all the way on the right goes to the EGR VSV. The open port looking at the camera goes to the hardline that runs in front of the block to the PS.
You said 2 walbros, I'm assuming they're 255 since they're common. Would 2 255's be able to flow enough e85 to feed the 1000cc injectors for 600 rwhp? The reason I ask is because I'm not too familiar with e85.
