Are you using stock or lightweight flywheel? My stage 4 6-puck is much easier to operate and is practically chatter-free after switching from a lightweight to stock.

Can't stress enough how important it is to make sure all your grounds are clean and tight. I had issues with voltage to the box also. The stock 'puter didn't mind at all but the AEM hated it. Make sure all connections, grounds and otherwise, are good. Check the coil pack harness...
