MR-S for a 16 year old girl a bad idea in Wyoming?

Don't forget she is hot too, so that makes it much better. Told SC that, and he said thanks. Suprised he didn't give me an infraction. LOL!

    gauge light wiring

I wire them to the accessory on the radio. It works fine and no blow fuses. I removed a bolt, put a fitting on the end of a 12 gauge ground wire, cleaned the surface and used that as my ground for all three of my Prosport gauges. Temperature, Wideband and Boost.

    Microtech Guru's Needed....

Standalone: LT12s Engine: 2JZ I went into my standalone and saw that the TPS reading was at 99 percent. Does this mean that it is not wired in properly or the Microtech does not support it. I know it does not support the stock stepper motor but it is idling without stalling out. How are...

    2JZ bearing sizes

You can take a plastic bag, one for each cylinder. Put the bearings for each cylinder in a different plastic bag, zip lock is good here, and go to the Toyota dealer. Measuring the block, head and crank would be a good ideal to make sure it was never touched and the get the same bearings from...

    2JZ bearing sizes

I always find "STD," or ".10" on the bearings. They are what is there, Toyota sells bearing in thickness increments of one thou? I doubt that. If the crankshaft has a too big of a clearance, it will need to be cut, not really different size of bearings. What I have seen is, if it is all...

    head gasket reuseability

I go about headgaskets this way. If they are used, meaning torqued down and not even with the engine started, just torqued, I won't reuse them. I don't really listen to what people say about reusing then, no matter how many people do it. The headgasket is a critical point in building an...

    Starter not contacting flywheel

Ok, so maybe it is not seated properly? Not to sure on the inner workings of a starter, so I can't really comment on that.

    Starter not contacting flywheel

If you are cranking the engine and it is not turning, meaning the crank pulley is not moving, then the starter is not touching the flywheel. This can be causes by the starter not being seated properly or I am not sure, but a wrong flywheel can cause it as well. Example, a W58 flywheel on a...

    Electric fan question...

Before I sold my Supra, check my signature, I had a Aluminum Radiator, New Fan Clutch, 180 Degree Thermostat, Fan Shroud and Silione Hoses for the upper and lower radiator ports and all silicone heater hoses from Mishimoto. The heat gauge read below 180*, since it was in increments of two, it...

    2JZ bearing sizes

Look if the bearings say "STD" on them. That means they are the standard size, stock. If it says ".10," that means the crank was cut ten under and you need ten under bearings which you can get from any machine shop. Take the old one and they can probably look it up. The machine shop around...
