If you're after just beating a 3.8 v6 firebird, do exhaust with an aftermarket air filter. Your butt dyno won't be able to tell a difference but you'd be ahead of the firebird.

30 seconds on the EFI fuse is all that is required.
Don't forget this also wipes the stored data on the ecu so it has to 'learn' the engine again. Normally if you drive it around for 10 or so minutes it'll sort itself out.
Okay, you need to erase the codes and check again to make sure those are current. So far you've got no IAT, no HAC and no IDL. The IDL is a miscalibrated TPS and IAT is the airflow meter.
My issue was a mix between a walbro 255 with no afpr along with cracked ignition coils. With my base fuel pressure set to 36 psi and new coils/plugs gapped at .028 she runs all the way to redline with no complaining.
Check engine light comes on due to low engine speed, also the 7mge idles at 700 and the 7mgte 650.

Well, I noticed throttle response and better response from the turbo when I switched to my DM kit(Old kit). It also felt a little more alive while in boost.
