    bad manifold gasket? dowpipie and or elbow might be leaking. or the 02 sensor might be leaking, as i believe it has a gasket aswell. could even be a stripped out bolt so not sitting tight enough

    on a dead stock supra, with wastegate d/c i got to 15-16 psi before the rubber ic hoses split.

    the linkages themselfs are freezing or just the hinge on the handle? best bet i can sujest is using grease from a grease gun rather than a spray can lube. being thicker it should resist frezzing

    you can, the wireing harness is diff from 89 up, so some sensors may need to be switched. but unless its had the headgasket done it will blow eventually aswell

    you rent a special tool that screws into the rad cap with a pump and a gauge. you pump up the system to 15 psi and see if it holds or drops, and it fill force collant out at the leak. but if your burning white its a headgasket as your burning collant. another way to tell is pull your plugs...
