Unplug transmision speed sensor and wala wheels will lock up on you every time. This will turn on your abs light on. Unless your track you car I would leave it alone. Removing a safety device for looks is stupid.

No it was bore/honed tight. I was told to gap the ring on the loose side so i dont break the ring lands as easily.

The 7mge still has a cps. Have you verified that you have spark?

I really think it your cps. If the ecu doesnt see the cam moving it wont fire the plugs or switch on the pump.

Most toyota pumps only turn on once the engine is cranking or running. I dont know if its the case with ours.
