uhm,, turbo vtecs have bovs... the RFL is exactly that. REally fÜcking loud. Loudness is dumb though. Just get one that works well. and tell him he can trade his type RS for my type S straight across.

34 is fuel cut. 24 is a bad afm. Did you remove the electronics when you drilled and adjusted the afm? You may have fried the afm if you got it wet, dirty, etc... did you plug the afm back in? Does the car run?

it may be huge, but there is no comparison from t3 stage 5 to t4. T3 is in stages, 1 through 5. T4 is staged as well, but it goes O through Q and is called "trim. so a "Q-trim" is the largest T4 wheel for a particular T4 exhaust housing. You will need a T4 to T3 adapter to fit that turbo...

you get the header as well? The problem is that if it has a T3 housing, it has a T3 wheel. and you can't get a T4 housing to fit on a T3 wheel. You would have to change the turbine shaft as well.

Just out of curiosity, what happens if you were to wire up this setup with one ignitor, and run coils 1 and 6, 2 and 5, and 3 and 4 in series with one another? it would seem that with and ignition amplifier, such as MSD DIS4, AEM CDI, or HKS DLI, there would be plenty of power to run the coils...

Last time I had the supra head worked on, I got a port and polish (flowed within 1 cfm), a 5 angle grind, new valve seals installed, a 12 Ra surface, the cam journals line bored and it ran me $100... but then again, I'm a bastard. My honda head was $50 for upgraded exhaust springs, 3 angle...

If you pull the valve covers, and the number one cam cap, you can really see what's going on. You could probably repair a possible scratch in the bearing surface, if that's what's causing it to leak. I'd just use a little fine sand paper to make extra sure the surface is smooth. Also with the...
