no its easy. the hole is alredy cut in the firewall for that. only parts thats a little slow and painstaking is wireing the reverse lights and the neutral saftey switch. other than that im running a 5 spd on an auto ecu with no problems. if you need help on the swap, feel free to pm me

that looks like the facotry sunroof headliner. but stock was a metal section not glass. someone took the metal roof and had someone make as glass one is my bet

true, but if you use used parts you can do it for less. also about 700 of that price was for the flywheel and clutch. if you buy a new stock clutch it will be alot less.

my interchange books say no. 86-88 fit and 89-92 fit. now it does give me 3 options for the 89+ racks, as turbo, non turbo with PPS, and non turbo, w/o PPS. but none for the 88 under. it might fit, but you wiould have to compare the 2 side by side. difference could be the steering gear...

dimman casue when the fuel pump dies your car shuts down. water pump dies, car will run and overheat if you dont watch the temp gauge. only downside i can see. IJ that looks like the water pump from my washing machine.
