    I didn't know that the first time I did it. I didn't soak it in water first either, but I still got decent results.

    Steel clamps, DEI sells the metal zip ties too.

    No power gains here. Just a non heat soaked engine bay.... but I'm sure it's helping in that department.

    Nah, he said the lip of the shroud made for "bad flow" or something. I personally ran my SSQ without the whistle, and didn't really have an issue.

    4th gear dyno? And are revving to 7,000rpms? If so, I'd estimate full boost at 5500rpms.
