^BUMP^ SOOOO is anyone else getting 15 psi before 4500? I remember Howard getting 20+ before 4200! So I guess I'm trying to find more charts, if anyone has any for a 7M.

Check the accordion intake hose for cracks, or power steering idle up hose disconnected? A post AFM / pre-turbo vacuum leak will cause some lean readings which won't register on a vacuum gauge.
