Seriously... I bought mine 5 years ago for $150. It's pulled at least 12 engines so far, including several 7M's and a 7.3L powerstroke a couple times. They're worth the money.

I can't seem to find the picture in the TSRM, but you should tee off the vacuum line coming directly off the rear of the intake manifold. There is a small nipple back there, tee right into it. You want to get as close to the intake manifold as possible.
