That is your answer....you are not getting fuel. If it started and ran with brake cleaner or starting fluid, fuel is your issue.

Are you getting pulse at the injector? Fuel pressure indicating your pump is flowing? Timing? Compression? Sounds like timing could be off or not getting fuel. Your fuel gauge said you need fuel, is that working?

Both black wires are not supposed to have power. One a ground and the other is a positive.

Test light is easy. Put the battery clip on the ground, touch wire, if it lights, you have a positive. Put battery clip on positive, touch wire, if it lights, you have a ground.
