    a scanner hooked the diag box would work, but thats expensive for one of those, with the import software. normaly any shop will do it for a free and give you a print out.

    with the bolt thru design i dont see that being possible. once the metal starts to bend, the bar will twist and go with it. if it was a solid bar like the TRD bars, pics below then maybe.

    im not about the US, but in BC canada atleast you just have to tell your insurance company that its been changed/replaced due to being broken. they record the old ODO reading and the new reading. or find one thats close and call it a day

    still need a tune even with the lex/550's the AFR isnt exact so a tune is needed to get it right. you can run it untuned, but you run the risk of being to rich/lean, and you wont get the full power benifits of a tuned system

    1: remove intake/exaust manifolds 2: mark timing belt to cam gears, then remove timing belts 3: remove head 4: have head checked/machined as nessacary 5: clean block of old gasket material 6: reassemble

    yes, aluminum heads almost always have damage from the hg blow out. you will see once its off. also bolt the metal timing cover back on, as it will have to be machined to match the head

    bout 2-3 days if this is your first supra HG, and depending on how fast you can have the head machined. can do it with motor in car, but remember to drain the oil aswell, oil+antifrezze = recipie for rodknock. as for the block, clean it really really well. if you think its clean enough, do it...

    something is wrong with 3 and 4. possilbe bhg there. with a compression test your looking to see how even the cyls are. there suspose to be within +/- 10psi of eachother, which allows for carbon buildup and or wear. as for the oil, most likely valve seals.
