Crap man.
Wait wait, did you boost your car without knock control and tune when you put the new turbo on?
Shoots, I have an alarm set on my Autometer peak gauges, expensive gauges too, to alarm me as soon as I hit will hit positive pressure as I am still on the break in period.....well...
Go to your Noticications screen and then click new message and type Albert and then just send him a message.
He also has a thread in the MISC vendors forum.
I don't like pressing the clutch to start any car. I bypass the switch and before starting, instead of pressing the clutch, I just jiggle the shifter to make sure I am not in gear.
I just make sure all of my bushings are good because I was in an AE86 once and the shifter, in gear, was loose...
The AC in the MK3 does not run off the computer, nor would it need to be controlled by the computer.
Look at the pinout for the 7M computer for your year of Supra. The A/C is just to let the computer know to bump up the idle when the A/C is one, that's all.
The A/C system is controlled by a...
O, well now that you said it is Nenni, then it is understandable but make sure you do your catch can right and don't vent it, use a line off the intake pipe infront of the turbo.
Also, the higher the boost levels, you really shouldn't have more blow-by. How much boost are you running and was...
7K doing the swap at the bare minimum with all the good parts and replacing the seals that you should and a timing service since it is easy and you have the motor on a stand already.
Here is what you should do.
Get a catch can, run a line pre-turbo, meaning your intake pipe to your catch can. Then run a line from each valve cover to the can on it's inlet side, some choose to "T" the lines for the valve cover into one slightly bigger line and run that to the catch can, that...
The wiring is not hard at all. If you want to see crazy wiring, do a 2JZ into a S13 or S14. The body harness is a large part of the engine harness. Imagine, the wipers wont work if you wire the engine harness wrong.
I'd do my own wiring if I ever do a 2JZ swap....good pictures online.
If...
He said it was his SAFC.
If you have not spark and fuel, check timing and compression.
If you still cannot get it, create a thread and we will see what's up after you list everything you checked and what is going on.
You will have to make sure your fuel lines are compatible with E85. I run Teflon lines for every braided line I make.
The injectors will need to be changed as you are using more fuel but I hear and I am not sure, but people say that fuel economy is sacrificed.
Why is it hard to start in the...
Please don't use that kind of language here mister. :)
I ran the car with the turbo off, flipped the lines so the 45 degree would be off the turbo and lastly elevated it above the engine so the oil line was straight as possible.
When I started the car, it started to approach operating...
I did, it doesn't have any restrictor, just a -4 line that comes in the kit.
Ok, but I can't get it to go directly downhill as the manifold is in the way, so what do you think?
Maybe Albert has a picture of his setup he can't post.
