You can do either... but you will need to have provisions to run both, which is pretty easy... the bosch valve uses 1" ID hose and the ssqv is obviously a flange type. So it would be pretty easy to run both on a stock IC piping setup. Just get the ssqv pipe that comes in the kit and use the 3K...

Your idle should be a little bit higher, it sounds like your TPS is out of adjustment if it wants to stall if you take the load off to brake. Pull your lower intercooler pipe off and tell us if theres lots of oil in there, though alot of times i've noticed it tends to pool in the intercooler. Tim
