The main thing is CFM, most electrics can't hang with the stock fan. So plan on spending some $, don't buy cheap fans. most are made to be aux fans and not primary fans. My 16" Perma-Cool puts out 2950 cfm @ 10 amps. (amps is also important, I've seen duel fans that give a 4000 cfm rating but...

. . . Are you sure it's not coming from one of the sensors, I did a pressure test on mine before I started it, and found a small leak coming from a temp sensor.
