I bought a Koyo. Fits like a glove, only issue I had was that I had the bung at the bottom of the radiator plugged since it is a provision for the JZ hydrofan setup.

Fuse block does not need a ground. It needs a hot wire that is in the stock positive cable terminal. Are you getting fuel, spark and pulse? Does your engine block have a ground?
