It is highly likely to be your coils. I have seen this issue many times. If you decide to pick up a set, I have some for sale. DO NOT PM ME unless you are sure it is the coils. Have someone or another car to swap over a good set and see.

Check to see if your ground cables are attached properly. If so, check the ground on the engine block. Follow and make sure the positive cable is connected to the starter. If everything checks out find, sounds like the starter could be bad.

Your starting on E-85? Is the map setup for that? Why not start up on pump, get it idling right and then E-85 afterwards. Just a thought.
