I've heard a lot about drilled rotors cracking but I don't understand how there can be so many drilled rotors in production if they all crack. You would think the market would just deny them since they crack and nobody would ever buy them and they would become extinct

Since heat makes things expand, I'd try CAREFULLY and SLOWLY using a propane torch. I find that when a bolt doesn't want to come off a little heat always helps.
