Remember when I told you guys that I installed my HKS EVC III boost controller (BC). Well, I think it's shot. I haven't been boosting my car for the last 300 miles so I could break in this clutch disc. When I did floor it to test my clutch the car pulled harder than usual followed by fuel...

Alright Gump. I don't really care for my six puck sprung disc myself. I just hit 300 miles on the disc today. I slipped it hard twice in second gear like the ACT tech told me to do when I called and asked how to break in the disc. After doing that it still felt like this disc was slipping...

Yeah, you're gonna need a good clutch set to hold your power.

BTW, you did mention an adapter plate for a SBF to R154. I was just on advanceadapters.com and didn't see one. Can you post a link on that adapter?

carb'd 351 would be my choice. You can later stroke it to a 409ci and top it with a healthy shot of nitrous. That's what I would do.

    slave cylinder broken.

First off, have you seen if the slave cylinder is operating properly? Raise & support car, have friend push clutch pedal in a out, remove inspection cover and see if it's moving in or out. Bleed the system properly? Has you car been working fine until now, or have you developed this problem...

    transmission fluid.

I had an '88 Accord manual trans that called for 50W motor oil. Other cars that I've helped worked on in the past haved required heavy weight engine oil in the case.

    Exhaust suggestions

First you were gung ho about running 750rwhp with your DDP. Now it's "stupid" to build a 7m past 550rwhp??? Whatever.

Ok, car is back on the road. Only thing is I think I need to bleed the clutch line better because my clutch release point is pretty high. It was high on the last clutch set after I burnt it out. Nevertheless, it's running good. I also installed the wideband, but I won't know what it's doing...

Supra Vs Supra (7M vs 1JZ) RESULTS IN VIDEO Pg.21 Post #209

Habanero, I think you had the right idea from the start. You really should just let the Supra go and take care of your legal issues. With that much outstanding debt in traffic and parking tickets you're going to end up in jail. One way or another you will pay those tickets. With money, or...

My 88 Turbo vs 05 RSX Type S

Why not give him a re-match? If he tunes it then it should be a challenging race. Unless of course you only want to race people you know you can beat. That's lame.

I welded up the O2 bung for the wideband today. This had to be the ugliest welds this side of the Mississippi. I'm not gonna show anybody. It didn't help that the welding machine was acting up. Anyhow, I should have it back on the road by this Saturday.

lol. Yeah, I made damn sure the clutch was in the right way. This clutch disc was idiot proof. It had the "flywheel side" sticker on the one side of the disc, and I made sure it looked to be the flattest side as well. I haven't chosen gear oil brands just yet, but I'm thinking of going...

Ok, transmission is in. I'm just waiting to punch a hole and weld an O2 bung on the DP. I have to get gear oil for trans and rear diff. That's all folks.
