How necessary is it to have one with the boost reference and rise ratio? I need a afpr myself and I'm going to get dyno tuned as soon as I install. Do I really need one that dumps in extra fuel for more boost?

I had planned on doing mine as well, but it's alot more work then you would think. I believe most people said that it may be worth it to just pull the engine. You need to jack up the engine, remove the shocks, front crossmember etc. Here's the TSRM page if your still up for it...

I've always gotten 18mpg on my NA. I recently ran some fuel injector cleaner through, and now I get at least 20mpg, and as high as 24mpg. Can't hurt to run some through. Wow I don't believe you got 250 miles to the half tank, thats when I fill up. Maybe I got something wrong :D.
