Congrats Sean!
I've been away for a little bit and didn't catch this thread.
Very impressive my friend.
Are you coming out to the Richmond VA meet this upcoming month?

With a fully functional ignition system there's no big reason you cannot use a .032" gap.
For what it's worth, I made 350hp with a .042" gap AutoLite copper plug.
Those are bad.
Normal meaning, I've seen just about every CT26 have some cracking around the wastegate hole.
You might experience some boost issues pre-full boost due to more pre-mature venting.
If I were you, I'd source another turbine housing, or upgrade turbos.
I'm a capitalist at heart, and am 100% for new innovation and implementation. I don't believe I ever "called out" synapse about their product. They put a couple videos on youtube trying to make TiAL bov's seem sluggish. TiAL's are finicky when it comes to vacuum source and spring pre-load...
I have two RPS's 3200 pressure plates and max stage 3 discs.
One is riveted and one is not.
Both have been beat on relentlessly, and neither have shifted.
Engine is producing 564hp/510tq to the wheels.
