I took some time off from the car, but should finish this weekend. Purchased the GM twin tower coils from MSD, just gotta finish wiring them and then make my own cables. (Not a problem though, I bought some 8.5mm MSD wires in a kit... just gotta measure, cut, and crimp...
If it's not and you're getting fluid pushed to it... you'll know cause there will be a puddle of hydraulic fluid under the bell housing and inside... :)
I'm not going to sit here and proclaim I've measured the UV rays through one of my auto-darks, but there is a dial inside that adjusts for brightness. I bet you're referring to the RT between the initial arc and the darkening of the lens.

The only problem you're thinking of is are the shifting of the two diaphragms on the non riveted plates. I have one that is not riveted and it hasn't shifted, however people like Dave C have shifted 2 or more plates getting them from RPS directly.
Like I say, I bet they're hit or miss.
Same people who BHG every weekend I guess.
I ran a RPS 3200 on a stock engine and ran over 400hp with a stock HG as well.
I dunno, after this I'll probably just go auto.
