Well of course the 2JZGTE head flows more then a 1JZGTE head stock... that's common sence. One motor is 2.5 liters, the other is 3. A goal was to actually install a 2JZGTE head on my 1JZ...

When you replace them, put longer vacuum lines on the rear turbo, so you don't have to remove half it again to hook up a boost controller.

The problem is the driver, not the transmission or clutch.

IDK about all these power claims.. the SC300 and SC400 run identical 1/4mi times and dyno identical WHP. Nice cars tho! Too bad we don't have Active's here in the US. I'd give a testicle for one.

It took me about 30mins to get them off, with the motor out of the car. I used a mini sledge and 2 new craftsman 14mm wrenches (broke 1).

Whatever you do.. soak the bolts with PB Blaster for a long time before you start.

Call up Castle Hill Toyota, pickup a non-turbo 1JZGE exhaust manifold, block off the oil feed lines with two oil pan drain plug bolts, and block off the water lines with some rubber caps... Good to go!

No body really knows the real answer to that question, but people here, on SF, and other forums have dyno charts doing over 500whp on it.
