that is the plug that goes to the NSW of the automatic trans. jumping the two wires simply closes the NSW circuit, allowing you to start the car. with the key. you asked how to bypass it, there you go.

oh, ok. you will see a big, round 3-wire plug near the starter that has some thick gauge wires. jump the blue and the white wire I believe.

look at the clutch pedal bracket, and you will see a cylinder with a little button that the top of the clutch pedal contacts whenever it is pressed down. that is the clutch start switch. just jump the two wires on the harness side to bypass.

yeah, I don't even know the differences between the two clutches, other than the pp of the R154 appears to be thicker at the flange. I'm just basing this off my experience of driving my car and my friend's car back to back. We both had new clutches and almost identical mods, only his was R154...

that wire is definitely not OEM. perhaps an alarm was previously wired in, I don't know. as long as you have continuity from the 7.5 amp IGN fuse to ECU pin IGSW, the wiring is good and intact. Have you gotten the starter to work yet?

do you have plastic army men and a magnifying glass? take them out on a sunny day and you'll have an idea.
