i called jasper and it is a factor stock rebuild. jasper did say they use toyota parts but im guessing this motor would be lucky if it ran. eric has many other parts for his car such as body pieces and gauge cluster. eric also said he very very open for prices.

darrell i lost my phone last night so i will get back to with pics later. the motor has been sitting for 5 years and i dont know what rings do after sitting that long. i got the serial number for jasper motors but its in my phone that i cant find

send it back! you didnt pay for a custom bent gasket so why chance it? as for rivets my 1.2mm hks went on fine with no problems from rivets. lay it on the block and the rivets should be hanging off the block surface
