Well from where I'm sitting all I can logically say is make sure that the suction line is FREE FlOWING, I would imagine anything more than 4"-5"s of Mercury and that pump would cavitate. And of course you have the proper belt and belt tension. Good Luck dude.

I always asked what I last fucked with with when I have problem. Personally I would inspect clutch/flwheel again. Both drive shafts have a shimmy? Did you try the third too? It would suck missing your dyno but a broken car that far from home would be worse I think.

by half of the electric what do you mean? do you have the 7m harness including the diagnostic terminal?(sorry don't know the proper name)

If you get the AFPR kit from DM it comes with some nice lines that bypass the 'J' tube.
