Thats pretty close;) Because the CEMF is not produced by the starter motor. Its really a hard thing to think about. The way I look at it is a starter uses 'X' watts no matter what. So if volts go down, amps have to go up=heat.

Do you know why Group 'A' MKIII's used GE blocks /w forged internals? No oil squirters right? Did they use any knock sensors at all?
GTE blocks have 2 knock sensors, GE's only have 1.
GTE block has a turbo oil drain, GE's do not.
Now I got a couple questions haha,
Are the Post 89 blocks actually stronger?
Are all the cranks(6M & 7M) forged?

Fix your head gasket, or you'll be doing more than that. I'm sure once its all bck together you'll have some other issues to deal with. And of course codes are the first on the list of troubleshooting.
Stock boost pressure is in that link I posted. Different for Auto/5Spd. If you were getting 10PSI before, did that shop replace your turbo, or WG Actuator? Or the tubing to it? What is this "HKS electronic valve controller"? EBC?
The HAC should be somewhere up by the ecu/behind glove box, its a small back box about 1.5"x1"x1" and has three wires going to it. Again not sure if this would cause the idle issue but can hurt to check if you have one.
I know it sounds as if the harness is in bad shape, but its nice to know the problem before replacing parts.

I would concentrate on 32, why the hell did 43 come up all of a sudden??? I don`t think 43 has anything to do with the TPS.
Have you tried running the car lately? I would reset the ecu(sorry jetjock) and run it and check codes again, just so you`ve got a clean slate. That 43...
