I paid 50$ at crappy tire for a kit that had 2 bottles of Dura-Cool, gauges and fittings. I put both cans in(was a little more than what it takes) and AC worked awesome last summer, havenèt checked this year yet. It is posted on a little yellow sticker in front of the rad I belive.

The oil could come from several places, CPS, turbo oil feed/drain lines. Where exactly is the smoke coming from.
If your certain everything is in proper order, I suppose a plugged up cat/exhaust system may cause this issue. Tough call, good luck.
Sorry I meant with all the options, I guess without powder coating though its only 4 something. I was only posting my experience for the OP, and I did mention the several flaws with the overseas version.
looks good man. I just did coilovers in my car to(megan's though) I also thought they would settle some so i'm gonna put a couple hundred k's on before i level it.
I thought it vented the regulator to atmospere so there was no vacum acting on it to keep fuel pressure at its highest for hot starts? I didn't think it had anything to do with idleing?
I don't even have one on my car, AFPR vacum line just hook right to the intake manifold. But cold starts...

It was a snug fit on the turbo, I think i had to die grind a little off one of the holes, the flange came down so far it didn't let the wastegate fully open, didn't notice till I hit 15psi a few times. Had to pull...
I would take a pic of your engine bay, it'll help, and youèll get more responses. The big line your talking about you dont mean the one that connects PCV do you? The two small lines ontop of the TB, the one closer to the front is for the charicoal canister.
