The oil could come from several places, CPS, turbo oil feed/drain lines. Where exactly is the smoke coming from. If your certain everything is in proper order, I suppose a plugged up cat/exhaust system may cause this issue. Tough call, good luck.

I thought it vented the regulator to atmospere so there was no vacum acting on it to keep fuel pressure at its highest for hot starts? I didn't think it had anything to do with idleing? I don't even have one on my car, AFPR vacum line just hook right to the intake manifold. But cold starts...
