I'd put money on them not stocking them, but if JE got an order for rings I bet they could make a set for ya :P
I suspect the same was the case when I ordered my rings, I just never cared what JE's site said- I needed rings so they got ordered, however long that would take!
You can order a set through Suprasport, it just takes some time- my set took 3-4 weeks to arrive from JE when Tyler ordered 'em up! Well worth the wait, IMO.
Def a manifold clearance issue, rather than an issue on Canton's end. I have seen 4 different manifolds on 7M's (stock, my RR, a handmade tubular, and one of the CX racing ones), and I know my RR and the stocker would not touch the canton. Either you need to bust out the hammer and modify the...
The cam caps need a little rtv on the corners between the seal and valve cover gasket, becomes a small seepage if its not assembled with the sealant on.
The black is the viton.
As for brake quiet/copper spray/etc there are threads discussing it- iirc, all of them eat away the viton and weaken the entire gasket. (don't quote me on that)
I suggest going to the Elko Raceway MAP drift days this summer- cheap entry, no chance of getting pulled over, decent time to practice, not to mention how many 'better' drifters are there. Good stuff!

Pic 1 is the rear toe control arm
pic 2 is a rear sway bar link, which attaches to the toe control arm
pic 3 is the traction control arm/trailing arm
pic 4 looks to be the knuckle, but I can't tell what arm/bolt has broken off- (perhaps the other side toe control arm's ball joint end?)
