    Rear Adjustables

I see. Well, keep me posted, I'm really very interested in this. Just an FYI, the MT's I'm running are a 26x8.5 and are a perfect fit. When talking to Bryan (Slow66) he said that the 28x9.5 were too tall and rubbed very badly at launch. He was running stock springs, cut 1 coil.

    Rear Adjustables

What are your 60's like now? The best I've mustered with my current set-up is 1.86. I managed that on 18" BFG dr's, and couldln't beat it on 15" Weld's with MT ET Drags. I can launch harder with the MT's, but the susp rebounds so hard it takes the weight off the rear wheels and they break...

    new hood

+1 for doing your own custom work. It's not that the a/m cowl hood costs so much, it's that you can't get them anymore. They've been discontinued for a couple years now.

    It's Been A While.....

Hate to break it to ya bud, but Kia and Hyundai are sister companies. They're literally located right across the street from each other in Korea. Also, they share many parts including engines and sheet metal.

    Rear Adjustables

Allan, I'm glad you posted this here as I don't read on SF much. I'm wanting to lower my 60's also. Right now I'm rolling with an Eibach/Bilstein combo and it's not cutting it. I was planning to put on some stockers and just swap back for the street. However, I'm not sure as to how well...

Lanky, Do you want a bodyman's .02? Too bad, you're getting it anyway...If the car isn't rusty then I say fix it. Yes, it will need pulled b/c of the front however, it looks like the footwell damage was caused by the tire being pushed into it. I see that all the time at work, a car takes...

Good ideas all around guys! Keep the input coming, I'm listning!! I attended the national MR2/All-Trac/Elise meet in Topeka, KS back in June and was amazed at how well organized it was. Why was it so organized?? Everyone stayed in the same motel, except locals. There was a small room...

I haven't called about pricing for a mobile dyno yet, I've just been searching the net for local ones and gathering up the info. Once I have a good selection I'll check into it farther and see if it's doable. We'll definately need more people to attend the meet to make it feasable.

Oh, ya! We're doing it up next year for sure! I've started checking into mobile dyno services already. Maybe we can get enough sponsor help to rent the track and have a mobile dyno come out. That would keep everything in one place and make the event a bit simpler to plan for us and simpler to...

Chromasupra, your car's beautiful bro! Pics don't do it justice. I was wanting to meet you, but I spent the day racing so I didn't get to. I guess maybe next year, or at a mini meet in between we can talk.

Well said!!!! I know there are probably 100 Supras in the Chicago area alone that didn't show. It's a damn shame. Last year I had guys from TN, AK, and NJ there, yet locals don't make it out. I can't stress enough how important it is to RSVP for these meets. Without that, and payment up...

The meet rocked guys, thanks for coming out! Someone needs to post some pics as I'm a loser and didn't take a single one all damn weekend. :3d_frown: My best pass of the day was, ironically, the first one of the day...12.08@112. After that the car never hooked quite as well. I'd say it's...

    Need help a/s/a/p starter removal

Exactly. I typically hook together 3-4, 1' extensions over the top of the trans and use an impact. You'll have plenty of room with the fal's, that's what I'm running too!

    clutch change

It's odd when it comes to clutches, the less material the better they hold...A 6-puck will hold better than a full disc, same as a 4-puck will hold better than a 6. Break-in will probably vary depending on the manufacturer. I personally just drive like I usually would.
