Thanks for the support guys! AmJebus, the reason the coupler is so long/pipe short is to make installation easier. If it weren't for the give that longer coupler allows it would be nearly impossible to install. I think you figured that out though!

Ya, I'd definately spend the money for a DBB GTR series turbo instead. Fast spool, great power, and reliable to boot. T=old tech, GTR=new tech.

I work in a Toyota body shop and I haven't heard anything about it yet. I'm geussing it's mechanical... Personally I love the Prius. If I were to buy a brand new car it would be a tough choice between the Prius and the Scion TC.

Snap-On and Craftsman are pretty much all I will buy. Snap-On sockets are the best hands down. I make my living with my tools, so for me it's worth the extra money.

^^^Haven't done it, but there's no reason it wouldn't work great. One thing to remember is that the opening for the air only needs to be one fourth the size of the surface area of the intercooler.

A lot of people have trouble with the service they receive from Maxx Auto, however it's unanimous that HPF rocks! I'd go with theirs over the Maxx. I'm running a Hybrid "monster" i/c...it looks to be the same i/c as the Megan ones that sell for $2-300 to me. Here's a quick pic...

My 1.86 60' says that 18's bite just fine. I haven't been able to beat it on 15's with slicks yet, only match it.

and if you do...film it!!!!!!!!! It sounds like noone is really revving theirs hard yet. I'm anxious for Brian and Ian to get theirs going and really start pounding on them. It looks like you guys may be my ginuea pigs! :icon_razz
