1946 Chevy Fleetmaster 2-door, meet "Betty"...

Today! Spent about 4 hours with a paint can lid opener, a flathead screwdriver, a dremel, and a 4" wire wheel, cleaning up the rear fenders. Good news is, not too many holes that will need fixed. A couple, but nothing terrible. :)

    08 4runner body kits

This will likely pan out a lot better than searching for 4runner stuff, even if it is the same vehicle. Gotta remember the average market of modern 4runner drivers. Not exactly the people who put anything more than a different set of wheels on theirs, you know?

    2jz swap turbo questions

-I do have that turbo, it is in a box in the house at the moment. Won't be going in this body, it will be used for the widebody 87 once that is getting closer to reality. -With or without the dash, I believe it to be the same meaning. If I were a guessing man, I would say that the number is the...

    Connector Identification 2JZ-GTE

Plus they're a fun way of fucking with people who park on your ass at lights, put it in reverse, rev the shit out of the car like you're gonna race the guy next to you... :evil2:

    ls6 powered mk3?

Must be getting late, that was the funniest thing I've seen all day... well, second funniest. There was this monkey on an island... JZ is the way to go if you're updating but still want to stay I6, but if you have the means to do it, why NOT LS swap? :D Plenty. There is a thread in the...

    Fuel Pressure Regulator for 1jz?

If I understand them correctly, aftermarket FPR's are pretty universal, it is up to you to make them work. That said, Driftmotion has an Aeromotive setup for our cars, and if I remember correctly, it comes with a bracket to mount it too.

I may be THE FIRST.... Nah, I can't be...

We had a box with a kit of it at my last job. Not quite sure why, as it isn't really something that would come up at our little operation, but I always did want to play with it. Can't imagine it is cheap enough to be "playing" with though...

    Mk3 supra carrier Bearing

Pretty sure it is a 48, going off the paint code. The bill of sale that my buddy (who I bought it from) has from the owner before him says it is a 46. Either way they look close enough, and there really is no way of knowing 100%, at least none that I am aware of. Its older than the two people...

Going to pick up some XXR's last minute thoughts and opinions

Either would look good Jordan. Might I ask what you're finding as far as pricing for these? It isn't impossible to find a good looking set of Works, BBS, SSR, etc, for around $1000 these days. Memoryfab or VRWheels come to mind.

HELP! im not sure what most of this stuff is or does?!?!?!

I would agree with this, should probably just leave things be until you start learning a bit more about what they do. Would be unfortunate to brick your car over something simple, especially since it is modified in a unique way, might not be so easy for us to trouble shoot it online. Devin, how...

    1jz on its way!!!!!

Good Lord... if you had two CT26's on a 1j, that would be a hoot to say the least. The CT26 is one of the larger stock turbos ever put on a production car... the 1jz has CT12's stock. Think along the lines of a GT25, or a TD04-16g if you're familiar with other common small turbos.

    living in italy!

I'm just glad to see people driving cool cars, regardless of how common or exotic. Long as it is a 13 second or quicker car, they've got my respect. :) We have a guy in town who drives a Gallardo, and for quite some time, this was his daily. In Wyoming. Where it snows. Then again, from what I...

    7mgte 540rwhp 560wtq

320whp at 12psi, at approximately 130mph in 4th gear (r154 and 3.73 diff), so going off the tire I had on the car, it puts me just a bit past 6300 rpm. Not too shabby, she is an entirely different beast at 16psi. ;) Few things out there sound better than a cammed 7m sir... as for the...

    500hp Supra Vs. 700hp Viper

Can't be mad at that. Just goes to show you that a better driver will often beat a more powerful car. ;)

    Greddy T78 Turbo kit?

No need to be upset man, I tend to look at things in ideals. I know all too well how money and ideals aren't very often the best of friends. :p

    Mk3 motion ratios.

Not positive on the weight difference, but if speaking apples and apples (cast vs cast, forged vs forged), magnesium is still a notable amount of weight less than a comparative aluminum alloy. I've always wondered why I don't see more titanium wheels out there, it is a fairly light alloy...

My 1977 7M-GTE CELICA! Finished! Test drive vid on page 18!

Just add water and the DR's will like to go sideways. ;) Oh, and I would think that it goes without saying you didn't take those pictures. Who would be driving? :p

1946 Chevy Fleetmaster 2-door, meet "Betty"...

Weekend update, I'll try to post pictures later. Put the rear seats and passenger seat from the LS into the Chevy. Rear seat fits almost like it was built for the Chevy, and I'm pretty sure the front seats will work nicely too. Gonna have some interesting things to sort out to make this all...

    2jz swap turbo questions

Sorry I never got to you. Running stock CT12a's, the only mods I have are the cams, head porting, 3" exhaust from the turbos back, and at the moment (while it's still warm enough anyway), a Turbosmart boost controller. I would estimate anywhere between 320 and 360whp, power comes on nice and...
