    ls6 powered mk3?

You should ask it that. While you're at it, should let Chuck Norris know he wears a silly hat. ;) Same applies to the inverse (Ford motor in a Chevy). I could have had an EFI 5.0 from (I think) an old Foxbody to put in my Chevy for dirt cheap. Couldn't do what amounts to sacrilege...

HELP! im not sure what most of this stuff is or does?!?!?!

Read the JZ section stickied threads, to get an idea of what all is involved here. LOT of good info in there. As was suggested, try and get someone to give you a ride in their car, see if you like it. Hell, if it weren't for my buddy Andrew taking me for a ride in his car, I would possibly be a...

    Brake bleeding sequence...?

Live and learn sir... I paid about 3k more for my car than I should have considering its 7m wasn't exactly in the best of shape when I bought it. :p

    Help with Maintenance

Hate to say it, but... these guys might be on to something. Then again, a car is meant to be driven. Just get it appraised soon. ;) Hey man, those tires might have had JDM air in them! (unlikely due to how tires naturally leak air, but still...) My suggestion, get that Corolla fixed as soon...

What did you do to your supra today? Pics

I don't recall seeing said post? Wish I could help you out sir, but I haven't actually installed mine yet. Just mentioned that I have the same bumper, and was wondering how those fogs would look. Now I know. :) Dunno though, if I might make a suggestion, I would say to move the mounts more...

    7MGTE headgasket blew...what should i do next?

You know, maybe I just got lucky? I bought my motor in February 2009, it was running in October 2009. Total spent on getting it running and driving? About $4000. $2200 for the motor/trans shipped to the shop, $800 for porting/polishing, $600 for cams, and about $400-500 for the full gasket kit...

    1jz on its way!!!!!

This. Unless they can prove it (which is difficult unless you get a front cut of the car its coming from), it can be hard to say just how many miles are on the car. For what it is worth, my turbos have held up nicely enough, but we were pretty sure that one of them had been replaced in Japan...

    Another Noob Question...

If anything, shield the piping you have now. See the 1977 7mgte Celica in the Other Cars section, in one of his updates, he showed how he routed the intake piping, and shielded it from excess heat. I don't see why the theory wouldn't apply to the NA as well as the turbo car. Question to the OP...

    500hp Supra Vs. 700hp Viper

What gear ratio do you have in the differential? That seems to be my biggest problem, my car would be quite a bit quicker with even the 3.91, not to mention the 4.30. Mine is sadly the opposite. Great power in 1st and 2nd, but by the time I get to 3rd, it really starts to feel sluggish. Then...

    My first dyno today

Must be a different rear end then, my 2nd gear nearly goes that long. OP, do you have the 3.91 diff? Didn't see anything about the gearing...

    2JZ S14 240SX.... aka "UGR Lambo Killer"

Jeff, I checked out the mods on the SF link, just wondering... is he looking for further headroom on that turbo? Seems a bit... big... still, that thing sounds rather mean, looking forward to seeing how this plays out. :) What is with everyone wearing hoodies? It's like 60° down there...

    Precision 62mm Billet Turbo 6262

Spiller, I went with a Comp ct4-6265 .70, similar in nature to the PT's. I'm not especially worried about choking the engine, but I'll only be revving to around 7500 I think. If you're going with the 6262, the .82 rear is what I would be going with personally. Are you going with the ball...

Suspension Advice for a Cruiser/AutoX Car

I have heard good things about the effects of aftermarket swaybars on our cars... Any plans (or already upgraded?) for the sways? Also, the Megans I have for sale (I noticed you posted in my FS thread), they have a pretty stiff spring rate. I'll be honest, I'm not certain if they are linear...

    Metal Heads Unite!

No offense whatsoever, but I take it you're under 25, huh? You probably would have liked the side stage at this year's Mayhem Festival, a few of those bands were there. Not really my thing, but I can appreciate a song here and there. :) High five from another who remembers when how metal you...
