How do you guys/gals fuse two Supra 3000 pipes together?? I know,... cut and weld right?? it even if you do you still have to grind and polish the welds to make it smooth or I'm I totally off on the procedure? I know, H.K.S. has one already made, I'm picky I want it to say "3000"

I want to change over to clear lense's the amber ones are stuck,.. they feel like they want to break off of the housing I already have the housing assembly off off the car I want the amber lense's off
