well i have my stock mk3 pump to cut into...i need another mk4 pump....and i dont have an extra 80 bucks to grab one just to cut into it lol.... if anyone nkows of one for REALY cheap or even free...let me know and ill pick it up and do some tests and studying... i mean they look EXACTLY...

just make sure if this post is pertaining to you having the block decked...the rear timing case IS PART OF THE BLOCK and needs to be reattached and decked the same height!

in all the reality the EGR is basically a failsafe if you will.... you reallyarent hurting much of anything (aside from maybe your gas mileage) by taking it off.... as for difficulty...when everythings in the car good luck getting it off easily....so if you take it off dont expect to be able...

check to make sure you put the spark plugs back in the right order.... also what spark plugs are you using? hopefullyn ot platinum....
