i wounder if i could just get my rods drilled
oh i think i will be fine too it's the scrapper i wounding about should be fine but i thought i would ask
remember the piston are splashed lubed if i had riffled rods there would be no issue at all
well i was looking though my old pic's today and saw this. my question is did he ever finish it :yikes:
I remember he was odd but i never saw it fished does any one have a pic
i have never done this with a 7mgte before but by my under standings this will free up some power by not have excuse amonte of oil under my pistons , plus i am running crank scarper so this extra oil is not helping scarper much
reason behind this is i getting my piston coated, so i...
but i seam then bend and stuff form hitting pot holes never a break thou
but by all means beef it up if you seem fit
i gonna re do mine fully but just not now i ditch the hole stock thing completely and amken my own to match my trailing arms
I done lots of stuff mostly all car/truck repair and fabercation related
but as of right now I work out of my house as a mec and building project cars and repairs
but as of march back to school I go
not to be a dink here, but this really does not happen much this is really the frist time i have herd of this
in most case this damge was done long ago from hitting a pot hole and over time it cracked
if this has happens lots it is new for me and all retrack my state ment
i had that shitty vavle broke on me in 1 day my bad luck i am thinking
and that is the same place i put mine lol only one down fall is i thinking on gettgin turbo a dutch
my big rad and fans do the job but i want more air flow
no there is no chances there both stock heads
on a side not i herd they changed the ports 3 times but i have only scene 2 different ones ???? i wounder if this is true
bother are the same cast number but there different heads, one has big ports alot more free flowing and the other's ports are very restive ports and a lot smaller too
there is a casting that is hajnd written on every head and that by the timing cover some of them are very hard to read
umm i found out some thing really neat today and made me think wtf at the same time thous number mean what casting it is
i found another set of numbers for the casting it hard to read but right in the front were the timing cover it some of them are easy to read some are not
