maybe you could just test the resistance of the sensor when it is warmer than said temperature and replace the sensor all together with a resistor of the same value.

If you have 40 psi with the compressor off (engine off) you have a low charge, the compressor wont turn on if there is a low charge in the system.

The throwout bearing doesnt touch the input shaft at all, and the only reason youre supposed to put grease on there is so the clutch disk can slide on the shaft a little bit

have someone look at the slave while you actuate the pedal and make sure its actually moving the clutch fork, sure sounds like the clutch isnt disengaging all the way

So what exactly is the problem right now, it wont ever go into gear? Only goes in gear sometimes? If so, does it make noise when in gear/when does the noise go away?

why would a hose that expands cause cooling issues? My upper hose does look more expanded when hot than it does stone cold, but im pretty sure that is normal. Its not big and bulging

ok, i went outside and checked this, it seems to be right on, if its off at all its by 1-2 degrees MAX. But that is probably because i cannot tell EXACTLY when the piston is at tdc. Anyhow, it doesn't look like the pulley has "slipped" any.

Ah i understand now. My aftermarket radiator does not have a tube fitting like the stock one, its just a plug in a threaded hole. Now that i think about it, don't the inner and outer parts of the damper have the timing grooves in them, so if they slipped wouldn't i see that the grooves aren't...
