Ok i have an update. I did end up fully flushing the entire system myself and filling it myself with r134a and ester oil, and now i am having some odd pressure issues, maybe you guys can take a look at this thread i made on the AC forum and see if you have any ideas...

sitting in 100 degree weather idle in traffic, i doubt your ac will blow 39 degrees, if this helps anything it will probably only be at idle where your system cannot keep up, and maybe it will help if you have other problems in the system.

You guys might want to consider cleaning out your evaporator case next time you have the system open haha
