If you ever want to do hardpipes and a new IC, you can keep the stock turbo hot pipes and do the rest like what I was talking about and not have to do any welding ;).
How much boost are the two of you running each? I'm guessing thevork is making more power and boost, and 808 is just getting everything dialed in. Think you should go lower on you fuel pressure? Start around 33 psi?
Soak the bolt in some atf or something, PB blaster, whatever, let it sit for a while, then turn your impact up high and tap and hold for about one second, let off, repeat until it starts loosening up.
Rebuild your own, or get one out of a rear ended supra to rebuild. Better spending 2-3K now on a rebuild then spending 1K for an engine that will shit out on you a year later, only to have to dump 2-3K in it to rebuild it like you should have done the first time ;).
What you should have done before you pulled the engine is to have put a breaker bar on the crank bolt, then click the starter over until it breaks the bolt loose, easiest way to do it, but impossible for you to do right now :(.
Don't try to boost anymore with that turbo man, you're just going to mess things up more. In fact, park the car and check to make sure you don't have a BHG before you do more damage. Search is your friend on the rest ;).
I don't understand the government's reason for this either. I've tried it, it's not my cup of tea, but hell, alchahol elicits worse reactions from people that Mary Jane does.
