As you can see by that thread, his tune was less than desired for his setup. Just like I said, it takes a good tune to keep you engine running with that combo, a damn good tune, something I personally wouldn't risk trying.
Garrett has a kit with a turbo pretty damn close to that one for a 400ex :aigo:. I never knew...
Anyways, that turbo is made by I.H.I. if you are familar with them (same company who turbos the Ford Probes, Mazda MX-6 and 626). The actual turbo in the picture is the IHI RHB31 ;).
I don't care, nor did I mention anything about SAFC, I was talking about the lex. Does it work, hell yes it works! No reason to think why not as lots of people on her use it with sucess. Is it the easiest to tune with? No, but for the money it's a decent power adder if you know what you're doing...
I'm telling you guys, I'll be posting up the OT about me turboing my Metro with that thing. I never knew there was a turbo that size. Looks like a copy of Garrett's smallest turbo after searching, and it turns out that turbo's perfectly sized for my 1.0L ;).
No I really don't care to see a sheet, but you can ask around here and see if some members will post there's up since it is working for some people. I personally wouldn't run 440's and a lex combo, it's prehistoric.
It's all in the tuning, 440's work, search on that, there are more guys on here than you may think using that combo with sucess. Again, the key is a good tune.
