    Questions About Motor Break-In Procedure

Depends on what was done to the diff. If they're brand new gears, you need to heat cycle them and they need to wear into each other (they face of the teeth aren't smooth....AT ALL). If it was just a pumpkin swap like most poeple do there won't be any break-in needed.

They're a mini drum brake setup, you need the tools to do them.

    Help with Fuel Pump

I'm interesting to see if you can hit that mark with that turbo. The Bosche 044 pumps are LOUD, the walbro isn't nearly as loud  The stock pump for a TT MKIV supra is good as well, but it's not cheap either (and buying a used fuel pump is foolish). If you go the walbro route, buy from...

Look at our suspension and then look at the suspension of a 240... All and all, the supra is much beefier than most cars it's compared to, which explains how it can take the absurd power figures some people put out...

should I remove the fan in front of the radiator?

Not pleasing me lol, but it makes no sense to replace a fan that is more than likely just fine besides not being hooked up...

should I remove the fan in front of the radiator?

Why use an aftermarket fan when you have a stocker sitting there? In the case of fans, aftermarket as a general rule, suck.

Actually, on your registration they're listed as either 2 or 3 door sedans. Four seats... The hatch is light, the GLASS in the hatch weighs a metric ton. Also keep in mind removing weight from the rear of the car will screw up the balance... Oh, and on the 1J being "lighter," I'll call...

    Help, what is this noise?

If it's not the belts, it's either the timing belt tensioner pulley or the guide on the lower timing gear fell off (not good as it will quickly eat through the aluminum casing around it). If it's the lower timing gear, replace the gear (buy it from the dealer, it's fairly cheap, plus they...

should I remove the fan in front of the radiator?

I wouldn't leave it on constantly, but plugged in correctly to trip if you overheat is good protection.

Exactly the same issues I had... Replaced the integration relay with one from the junkyard and it was fixed. It actually has relays inside of it, as such, they wear and stop working like any other relay. Worst part is, it's one box that's expensive as hell brand new...

    Aux fan, push or pull?

In reality if you put it in between you're making it a push AND pull fan, which may cause issues. As your real goal is to cool the condensor, I'd mount it in front of it.

    Article: What is Fuel Cut?

Signal might be too low for the TCCS to work with, plus the issues with timing at that point. A local had a 500HP+ 7M that a pervious owner used a secondary throttlebody to bypass the AFM to get more air in at higher boost levels and it was tuned with piggybacks. Was a dangerous setup so the...
