The guy is an idiot as the VVTI's rods are weaker. Doesn't come with the turbo setup and I didn't see anything about including the ECU. If it was a straight up 2JZ-GE....maybe
About the only "cheap" powerplants are 2JZ-GE's and 1UZ's and neither is really cheap. The 1G is cheap for a reason, nobody wants them and parts are extremely scarce (who was it that was hunting for a simple cap and rotor and couldn't find one?)

Supposedly there was a shorter fan clutch that would work, but I don't think you can use the stock shroud. There's always the hydro fan setup as well.
If you're going e-fans, a good factory setup is best (as they don't want to have to replace them under warranty) and factory setups also run...
