    I bought another Geo Metro

Was the only real fault I found with the car. I think most of the issue is because of GM's slapped on daytime running lights as it means the lights are always on, PLUS they run a resister to dim them leading to more load on a circuit that wasn't designed for it. Also, if it does end up burning...

    1985 MR2 Project

Not a fan of thet voodoo blue, reminds me too much of Ford blue (which I HATE). I LOVE the STI blue though http://www.google.com/images?hl=en&q=STI%20blue&um=1&ie=UTF-8&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi&biw=1659&bih=844 Factory color looks more like teal than blue as well... Also, badass little car...

MK3 Front End Convertion to MK2

Definatley not the same (my brother owns a MKII and I've seen them side by side). Helllllll no. It comes back farther under the crash bar (oh I'm sorry, you want an intercooler, TOO BAD!) and it's not as tall so if you did have an intercooler it would be hanging out of the bottom. Also...

    I bought another Geo Metro

Hey they worked....if you held the hatch open for about 10 seconds :p Did you do a headlight rewire with relays yet? Can also disable the DRL's at the same time. The headlights ground to a single pin in the fuse box and it's a fire hazard...

MK3 Front End Convertion to MK2

Sorry, but no. Especially since the rear of the car has no skirt making the car look extremely nose heavy. It's done cleanly....but no.

    I bought another Geo Metro

LOL, yeah, I kept putting off replacing the ones on my mom's old metro for that exact reason.

    7MGE and TMGTE fan blade?

More blades = better cooling. Fan clutch is also beefier on the GTE.

Quick Opinions on my current problem.

#6 was definately out of round and was pushed into the coolant passage. That's definately not the original gasket either, as it came off in one piece.

Holy Grail of all Hot Hatchbacks - and it's NOT a Honda Civic

Think you missed the part about the Sunbeam being RWD ;) It's not a BAD car form a performance perspective as in race trim, the engine made as much power as a stock 7M-GTE in a car that's probably half the weight. Good engine and suspension, but the rest is pretty shoddy from what I see from...

Not a fan of AR's personally, but like I said, that's personal :) (yes, I'm an AK fan) Plus the price is steep for most sporting rifles, though I would love to own a Springfield M1A or M1 Garand.

Holy Grail of all Hot Hatchbacks - and it's NOT a Honda Civic

Same styling yes, but it's a bit different. It's cool in some ways, but I wouldn't spend that kind of money on one...

Holy Grail of all Hot Hatchbacks - and it's NOT a Honda Civic

Funny, I got tons of compliments even in my banged up Supra. Hourglass bodylines are ALWAYS in style, and so are popups (but were killed by crash standards). The Lotus Sunbeam is utilitarian transport with a big engine stuffed in it. It's like the SHOgun, just not as cool

The barrel is one of the more expensive components, plus you also get a larger magazine with the security. Up to you, though the 88 field from Academy is well under MSRP, so it's kind of a crap shoot as it if the cost will come out favorable. You might end up spending more than the cost of a...

    BOV Placement, GO!

You seem to have missed my point. You're wanting to move it so you get more sound. Moving it will more than likely REDUCE it's sound as it's recirculated and defeat the purpose or recirculating in the first place. You're trying to have your cake and eat it too...

Holy Grail of all Hot Hatchbacks - and it's NOT a Honda Civic

Close to $4K (yes, US) and reserve isn't met. It's an interesting car and one of the rare RWD hatchbacks. Performance is respectable as well, but still, that's a lot of cash for such a car...

    BOV Placement, GO!

No, as the throttle never closes, and no you don't hear an auto blowoff between shifts. Now, to the OP, if you want it louder, don't recirculate. By moving the valve further away from the intake (where you're actually hearing most of the sound) not only are you probably going to hear it...

    The (old) Official Gun Thread.

He linked to the 28" barrel version and 6 shots when you can get a security model with a 20" barrel and 8 shots. The only complaints I've seen about the 88 is the position of the safety, dunno enought o comment on it though (and hell, the AK-47 has a shitty safety as well but it's a good...
