So far as I know, yes you can bolt up the MKIV hubs, but they move the wheel's position in a non-ideal way.

Sounds like you only got the turbo? It's supposed to have an adapter to bolt it on, a new exhaust elbow that will bolt to a stock downpipe, and the oil/coolant lines.
