Are you sure your vacuum line on the MAP sensor is secure? If it's on there, are you sure it's the right size and it's not just leaking under pressure? It's a good idea to zip tie that line. If all that is fine, check to make sure that vac hose is not cracked or leaking. Are you t'ing anything...

I won't doubt that your Supra was around the 4k mark. Weight can vary between cars for lots of reasons even though the advertised curb weight of the car was 3600-3700(I think). 4200 seems excessive, although possible for some I'm sure.(big system, full tank, spare tire, tool kit, heavier...

Probably a V160 so 5th would be the 1:1 gear. I imagine if it was 5th on an R154 that would be way too fast on a dyno at 8500rpm.
